The balance beam presents a special challenge because it is narrow enough that most horses have to carry their feet narrower than normal to walk across the beam.
The balance beam is placed on a sturdy base which is sunk 4 feet into the ground to give it stability. The one pictured here is 25 inches wide, 12 feet long and 2 feet high.
The balance beam is covered with all-weather, non-slip rubber matting to ensure your horse’s footing.
As with all permanent installations, the balance beam can be customized to fit your location and needs.
